The Constituent Assembly

Constituent Assembly: For the purpose of written Constitution a Constituent Assembly was introduced. It is a democratic device for formulating or adopting a new Constitution and is made by the body of experts. In this assembly representatives from different ideological backgrounds and different legal background people worked together. Dr. Rajendra Prasad was the chairman of the Drafting Committee.

संविधान सभा: लिखित संविधान के उद्देश्य के लिए एक संविधान सभा शुरू की गई थी। यह एक नया संविधान तैयार करने या अपनाने के लिए एक लोकतांत्रिक उपकरण है और विशेषज्ञों के शरीर द्वारा किया जाता है। इस विधानसभा में विभिन्न विचारधारात्मक पृष्ठभूमि और विभिन्न कानूनी पृष्ठभूमि के प्रतिनिधियों ने एक साथ काम किया। डॉ राजेंद्र प्रसाद मसौदा समिति के अध्यक्ष थे।
