• Division of Work and Specialization : The entire work in the organization should be divided into various parts so that every individual is confined to the performance of a single job. This facilitates specialization which in turn leads to efficiency and quality. However, each area of specialization must be interrelated to the total integrated system by means of coordination of all activities of all departments.
• कार्य और विशेषज्ञता का विभाजन: संगठन में पूरा कार्य विभिन्न भागों में विभाजित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एक ही नौकरी के प्रदर्शन तक ही सीमित हो। यह विशेषज्ञता को सुविधाजनक बनाता है जो बदले में दक्षता और गुणवत्ता की ओर जाता है। हालांकि, विशेषज्ञता के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र को सभी विभागों की सभी गतिविधियों के समन्वय के माध्यम से कुल एकीकृत प्रणाली से संबंधित होना चाहिए।
