CONVOCATION IGNOU Registration Form will be Updated in 1st week of Feb 2021. CONVOCATION IGNOU means that you are given your Original Degree, Diploma and Certificate during the Convocation. 34 वें दीक्षांत समारोह की तारीख तय समय के भीतर तय की जाएगी (किसी भी जानकारी के अपडेट के लिए नियमित रूप से वेबसाइट पर जाएं)। जिन छात्रों ने दिसंबर-2019 / जून-2020 में अपने कार्यक्रमों (PG, UG, MPHIL, PHD, MCA, BCA, B.COM, MA, BA, M.COM, B.ED, M.ED, MPS, MHI, MHD ect.) को पूरा किया है वे इस दीक्षांत समारोह में मूल प्रमाण पत्र के लिए पात्र हैं।

CONVOCATION IGNOU Registration Form FEES – RS/- 600

पात्र छात्रों को डिग्री / डिप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए खुद को CONVOCATION IGNOU  में पंजीकृत करने के लिये ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से अपेक्षित शुल्क का भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता होती है। वे अपनी सुविधानुसार किसी भी क्षेत्रीय केंद्र या दिल्ली में  दीक्षांत समारोह में शामिल होकर प्रमाण पत्र एकत्र कर सकते हैं।

यदि छात्र द्वारा चुने गए शहर में दीक्षांत समारोह आयोजित नहीं किया जाता है, तो उसे क्षेत्रीय केंद्र के नजदीकी शहर में दीक्षांत समारोह में भाग लेने की अनुमति होगी। मूल डिग्री / डिप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने का शुल्क रु 600 / – प्रति प्रमाण पत्र है। इस संबंध में दीक्षांत समारोह और अन्य विवरणों की सटीक तारीख की घोषणा समय से पहले की जाएगी और पंजीकृत छात्रों को अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा।

यदि किसी मामले में, छात्रों को दीक्षांत समारोह में शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं किया जाता है या अपेक्षित शुल्क जमा करने के बाद भी दीक्षांत समारोह में शामिल नहीं हो सकते हैं, उनका प्रमाणपत्र दीक्षांत समारोह के बाद डाक द्वारा भेजा जाएगा। सर्टिफिकेट / पीजी सर्टिफिकेट प्रोग्राम स्टूडेंट्स को अपेक्षित शुल्क रजिस्टर और भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। दीक्षांत समारोह के बाद उनके प्रमाण पत्र डाक द्वारा भेजे जाएंगे।

Guidelines and Intructions for CONVOCATION IGNOU –

Before applying to IGNOU Convocation, you will have to read the guidelines and intructions of IGNOU Convocation carefully only then you can apply for it.

1. Whenever IGNOU opens the convocation form, then students can apply the same students who have passed out from last 2 sessions.

2. The second important guideline that is given is that you will have to register for the IGNOU Convocation for taking your Original Degree or Certificate and also pay the fee only if you will be given your Original Degree / Certificate.

3. If there is no IGNOU Convocation in your city, you can go to any Regional Center in Delhi and take your Original Degree / Certificate. If you have done registration in convocation.
4. When the convocation happens, it decides the date IGNOU, then the students who do registration in the convocation.
IGNOU sends them the message of CONVOCATION by mail or SMS.

5. You will have to pay ₹ 600 fees in the convocation for taking your Original Degree / Certificate.

6. Students who do not get any message of convocation from IGNOU and they have done registration. So their degree IGNOU sends them to By Post on their home address.

7. Students having Certificate and Post Graduation Certificate do not have to register in Convocation. After completing their course without registration, they send their certificate to IGNOU By Post at their home.

How To Apply For CONVOCATION IGNOU?

1. To register in the CONVOCATION, you will have to go to the website of IGNOU, link to the website of IGNOU, www.ignou.ac.in
2. As soon as you open the website, you will see the option of Register Online here.
3. After clicking Register Online, a drop down menu will open.
4. On where you will get the option in the last, you have to click on the convocation.
5. After clicking on the Convocation, you will come to this page where the instructions and guidelines for the Convocation are given.
6. Here you have to click the Click Here To Register option below. As soon as you click on Click Here To Register.
7. You will open a new page where you will need to search your enrollment number by entering it.
8. After clicking on the search option, you will find related information related to your admission here.
9. Check all the details thoroughly and enter your Email ID and Mobile Number below.
10. If you have to make any changes to your address then you can do it from here, you will be given your original degree on the same address.
11. After filling all the details correctly, you have to click on the Pay Now option and you will have to pay fees. Ignou convocation fee
12. After you receive your Fee Payment, check the details of your registration.
13. Whether or not your registration has been successfully done.
14. To check the registration details, you will have to go back to the Guidelines and Intructions page.
15. Here you have to click on the Click Here option in 9 points.
16. After clicking on click here, you have to re-enter your enrollment number and search.
17. As soon as you search by inserting your enrollment number, you will get your form details in front of you.
18. If Fee Status Success shows it means you have successfully completed registration in the convocation.
19. Now you will have to wait for IGNOU’s mail or SMS and you will have to attend the Convocation on the given date after the mail or SMS is received.
20. If for some reason you could not attend the Convocation Attend, your Original Degree / Certificate will send you to IGNOU By Post at Your Home Address.
