Changes from adolescence to puberty may be stressful at times, but between the age of 19 and 30 we are physically our chief, and our cognitive skills are being finalized. Of course, sometimes it seems that we are working together with one million things and in any number anything can change the rest of our lives, 21 but the best part about it is. Young adulthood happens when (most of us) decide that this is what we want to do with the rest of our lives, whether it is to raise a family, start a career, or both.

Midlife Crisis was cited by Levinson because people went into middle adulthood. It is an idea that adults reach a certain point and question their life choices, which results in personality reconstruction. The changes seen were slow and steady.
