This general interview guide also helps in organizing interviews to get information from all the respondents on all those items, which are to be covered.

2 Standardised Open Ended_Interview – This kind of interview gives the respondent much scope for answering a lot of his own thoughts and ideas on a particular subject rather than simply answering or ticking the answers. 3 Closed Fixed Response_Interview – The answers to all questions are provided in it, and the respondents need to make selections from them, the reaction that applies to them. In this way all respondents will choose the answer from the same set of options. This format is useful, where questions can have clear cut answers and they can be classified meaningfully in 7 to 10 categories or less, except for the respondents, some will find their answers within those categories and on the same tick mark will do.
4 Telephone_Interview – Telephone_interviews can be an effective method of data collection when the interviewer_understands the potential benefits as well as the challenges. We offer solutions to the identified challenges and based on current literature and our research practice, researchers make practical recommendations to increase success.

5 Validating of Interview_ In this regard, the study of Kehn and Kennel (1961), MacCobie and McCokie (1954) can be mentioned. Compared to other sources of information, mistakes were found in the versions of the respondents during the_interview.
