समाधान:  प्रबंधन किसी व्यवसाय में किसी भी गतिविधि की योजना, आयोजन, निर्देशन और नियंत्रण से संबंधित है। सफल व्यापार प्रबंधन अपने वित्त के कुशल उपयोग से निकटता से जुड़ा होता है। वित्तीय प्रबंधन एक व्यापार में वित्तीय गतिविधियों की योजना, आयोजन, निर्देशन और नियंत्रण से संबंधित है।

Financial management also called managerial finance or corporate finance. Financial management is concerned with managerial decision that results in procurement of funds and their effective utilization in the business. Financial management is nothing but managerial decision making on asset mix, capital mix and profit allocation.

वित्तीय प्रबंधन को प्रबंधकीय वित्त या कॉर्पोरेट वित्त भी कहा जाता है। वित्तीय प्रबंधन प्रबंधकीय निर्णय से संबंधित है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप धन की खरीद और व्यापार में उनके प्रभावी उपयोग में परिणाम होता है। वित्तीय प्रबंधन संपत्ति मिश्रण, पूंजी मिश्रण और लाभ आवंटन पर प्रबंधकीय निर्णय लेने के अलावा कुछ भी नहीं है।

Objective of Financial Management

वित्तीय प्रबंधन का उद्देश्य-

A good goal must be clear, timely measurable and consistent. So must be the goal of financial management. A firm may have different goals e.g., production goals, sales goal, and financial management goal. The main goal of financial management should be such that is directed to achieve the ultimate goal of a firm. The ultimate goal, as a good consensus, of a firm is to maximize the shareholders’ wealth.

एक अच्छा लक्ष्य स्पष्ट, समय पर मापने योग्य और सुसंगत होना चाहिए। तो वित्तीय प्रबंधन का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए। एक फर्म के पास अलग-अलग लक्ष्य हो सकते हैं जैसे उत्पादन लक्ष्य, बिक्री लक्ष्य और वित्तीय प्रबंधन लक्ष्य। वित्तीय प्रबंधन का मुख्य लक्ष्य ऐसा होना चाहिए जो एक फर्म के अंतिम लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया हो। फर्म की अच्छी आम सहमति के रूप में अंतिम लक्ष्य शेयरधारकों की संपत्ति को अधिकतम करना है।
