Hierarchy of needs
Answer – The theory of hierarchy of needs is still valid even today to understand human motivation, training in administration and personal development. In fact, Maslow’s ideas surrounding the Hierarchy of needs with respect to employers’ responsibility to provide a work environment that encourages and enables employees to realize their own unique potential (self-realization) are now more relevant than ever. Maslow took this idea and created his now famous hierarchy of needs.
