MANAGEMENT LEVELS AND FUNCTIONS

Thus controlling is the process that involves:
• Fixing standards for measuring work performance,
• Measurement of actual performance,
• Comparing actual with standards and finding out deviations, if any, and
• Taking corrective actions.

इस प्रकार नियंत्रित करने वाली प्रक्रिया में शामिल है:
• काम के प्रदर्शन को मापने के लिए मानक तय करना,
• वास्तविक प्रदर्शन का मापन,
• मानकों के साथ वास्तविकता की तुलना करना और MANAGEMENT LEVELS विचलन खोजने पर, यदि कोई हो, और
• सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करना

To perform these functions management has to take a variety of decisions. In other words, decision-making is a fundamental pre-requisite for each of the processes talked above. As per Peter Drucker ‘Whatever a manager does, he does it through decision making’. Thus decision-making is the Essence of Management.

इन कार्यों के प्रबंधन के लिए विभिन्न निर्णय लेने होंगे। दूसरे शब्दों में, ऊपर बताए गए प्रत्येक प्रक्रिया के लिए निर्णय लेने की मूलभूत आवश्यकता है। पीटर ड्रकर के अनुसार MANAGEMENT LEVELS ‘जो भी प्रबंधक करता है, वह निर्णय लेने के माध्यम से करता है’ इस प्रकार प्रबंधन निर्णय का सार है।
