Answer – Jung divided personality types into three part: extroverts and introverts, and neurotics. He spoke of collective consciousness and archetypes. Today we understand his perception about the dynamics of personality. This was followed by the MBTI. MBTI ,means MyersBriggs type indicators, has been developed on the concepts of Jung. Mention sixteen different combinations of personality types. In fact, these combinations reveal the tendency or preference of a person to behave in a particular style. The purpose of MBTI® is “to make the theory of psychological types described by Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. According to this, the seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent. Variations in behavior are due, in fact, to the basic difference in the way individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.
