Henchard’s program flopped because it wasn’t ready for all these things.

Lucetta offers Elizabeth to come to stay at her home. Elizabeth accepts this offer. Now Elizabeth and Lucetta live together. So Farfrey visits Lucetta’s house every day. But now Farfrey is attracted to Lucetta.
