Under the financial assistance for Agricultural, Horticultural and meat exports, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority do not provide financial assistance.

The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority was built up by the Government of India under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act go by the Parliament in December, 1985. The Act (2 of 1986) happened from thirteenth February, 1986 by a warning issued in the Gazette of India: Extraordinary: Part-II [Sec. 3(ii): 13.2.1986). The Authority supplanted the Processed Food Export Promotion Council (PFEPC).

ASSIGNED FUNCTIONS

As per the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985, (2 of 1986) the accompanying capacities have been appointed to the Authority. What’s more, AGRICULTURAL AND PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS EXPORT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY has been endowed with the duty to screen import of sugar.
