His contacts with Jayachand Vidyalankar shaped his political thinking and he created a political forum of the young man to initiate them to join revolutionary activities, called Navjawan Bharat Sabha. His defense of terrorism found space in the futility of reforms, the mockery of the parliamentary system, the need to prepare for a revolution.
