Arbitration

Arbitration is a confidential procedure
The  Arbitration Rules specifically protect the confidentiality of the existence of arbitration, the disclosures made during that process, and the award. In certain circumstances, the Arbitration Rules allow a party to restrict access to business secrets or other confidential information to the arbitral tribunal or to an adviser who makes a statement about confidentiality before the arbitral tribunal.
