It is generally agreed that industrialisation of international depressed areas like eastern and south-eastern Europe (or the far East) is in the general interest not noly of the less developed countries, but of the world as a whole. It conforms to the view that poverty anywhere is a threat to humanity everywhere. The aim is achieving a more equal distribution areas at a highter rate than in the rich areas.

The option before less develop countries

There are two fundamentally different ways of industrialisation of those areas:
