Export Order –

After the goods are ready for export, the exporter arranges to complete the necessary export customs clearance procedures at its nearest customs place where goods are sent for export. The necessary export customs clearance procedures and formalities are met by the exporter with the shipping bill and other necessary export documents with customs duty.

To give permission to export check items, assess the value of the nominated Customs Officer / Wherever applicable, and authorize ‘Export Order’ in the Shipping Bill for each cargo to transfer the goods from the country. . Once upon receiving the export order in the shipping bill related to each goods, exporter or its custom house agent, the goods are provided to the shipping carrier to the destination of the foreign country.
