2. Anandpur Sahib Resolution:

The Anandpur Sahib Resolution was a political demand raised by the Akali Dal, a Sikh political party in Punjab, in 1973. It sought greater autonomy for the state of Punjab within the Indian Union. The resolution proposed economic and political decentralization, and called for a redefinition of Centre-state relations. It aimed to address Sikh grievances related to economic disparities, linguistic and cultural issues, and historical inequities.
